Cannot pay my bill on my3

I keep getting messages from 3 to pay my Bill online, as apparently my direct debt did not go through. However I cannot find any option to pay my Bill on my3. Checking through the forums were of no help either. Any advice would be appreciated as my mobile network access has currently been shut off.

I am a customer of O2 and now Three for many years. My account covers my landline, mobile and broadband. Recently u suggest a way to save money by converting my landline

to just an app, great idea. But now I am billed for two separate accounts for two seperate companies which are both still under the banner of Three. When I open up My3 it only brings up one account which I pay each month. Only yesterday did I realise this bill was not the complete bill and that i had to pay 3 month arrears on the second account.  What cant one bill cover all of my Three payments due?

@Add_58553 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. In regards to having both of your accounts checked, I would suggest calling our dedicated business team on 1800 800 000. They'll advise on whether both accounts can be joined together on one bill or if not possible the reason why.
