Cannot receive texts for 2 weeks. Told it’s a Network issue.
I can’t receive texts for past two weeks. After trying new SIM, Reset, New phone etc. etc. I was then told that it is a network issue. Repeated promises over past 10 days to fix not fulfilled. It’s a massive inconvenience.
@NoraB Good morning and welcome to 3Community. I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Can you tell me what sort of phone you have? Did you start to notice this because you changed phone?
From what you are saying above, not being able to receive texts has already been logged with our tech department. Can you tell me when the last update was?
