Cannot retrieve Vmails using 171

Upgraded to iOS 16.5.1 

receiving voicemails but cannot retrieve them

Dialing 171 it just beeps once and cuts off. No attempt at a connection. 
Direct result of upgrade. No settings were changed.

If you've reached out to Customer Care did they raise an investigation on this for you?

 

Hi there. I did reach out the other day to care but the girl wanted me to update call forwarding which didn’t work. Unsure if a case was raised. Thanks
