Cannot schedule top up or regular top up via website or app

Hello,

I am having problems scheduling top ups on the website and on the app.

I can't even make a once-off top-up with my Revolut card... I get to the step of approving the purchase on my Revolut app, but then the page of three fails saying: You are not authorized to access this page (this is the URL https://3ds2.digitalpayments.co.uk/Web/Chase/Results)

I have cleared cookies & cache. Used different browsers (safari, chrome) & different devices (mobile, desktop, & laptop). Everything fails!

The only way I was able to top up was over the phone (once-off - cannot do it online). Please help!

I have this problem too. Would love someone to offer advice.

 

I contacted Revolut to ask if they could resolve the issue and they said...

 
I can see a declined card payment to Mip*3ireland Topup Eur...
I can see that the error regarding this payment states that there was an issue with the 3D secure feature on the merchants side.  I would kindly ask you to reach out to them and advise them to check with their acquirer, as there seems to be an issue with the security feature for accepting card payments on their side.
 

After trying for 3 months I just gave up. Have moved to Virgin Media and kept my number... I am happy now 😎

Hi @JohnnyO 👋welcome to 3Community 😊Some Three customers are currently experiencing difficulties registering their cards for top up. We have investigated this and can confirm cards not issued by Irish banks are affected. Our technical team along with our payment partner are working on a fix to resolve this.

 

Thanks for letting me know Stacey. I am currently in the process of closing my bank of Ireland account so if you could let me know when the issue is resolved I would really appreciate it.

Hi @JohnnyO 👋 Our technical team and payment partners have recently put some changes in place to our top up system. The next time you are due to top up please go ahead and use the instant top up and try to register your card. If you experience any difficulties let me know and I will report back for investigation.

Im also have a problem with topping up from the android app and website. Using a Bank of Ireland card, everytime I get to the final page where I select when to schedule the top up, it does nothing, no new page is loaded and there is no error message. This has been an issue for as long as I remember.

 

Now that BOI is removing the mobile top up option, I need this functionality to work.

Hi @RonanB thanks for letting us know you're having difficulties. The card you want to set up for scheduled top up have you used this to top up online while logging in to your My3 account?

I have never been able to top up through the my3 website or app from what I can remember, I've only ever been able to top up using the bank or Ireland app.

But this is the same card I have always had so wouldve opened the account with these card details
