Cant get GovID verification texts

Hi,

I can not get verification text from Gov. I changed my provider from eir to three and I am using a iphone 13. Is there anyone who knows the solution?

If not, please let me know what make and model phone you're using, are you having any other difficulties with your service? When was the last time you requested a verification text from GovID, was it in the last 24 hours?

I am using an Iphone 13. I cannot get text form some other verification text from social media platforms. I have been facing this problem since I started to work with you.

To do this you'll need to PM us your name, number, full address and date of birth. It would also be really helpful if you could give us a recent example of a failed text, the name of the company and the time and date you were trying to get the verification text.
