Bill way more expensive than stated in my contract.

My contract is €35 euro per month however my bill for this month was €52 before vat. Why am I being charged way more than I should be.

If you haven't I suggest logging in to your My3 account to have a look, our blog All About My3 and Bill Pay gives a step by step guide on where to find your bills. 

Once you've had a look at your bill let me know if you see any charges that don't look right.
