Transfer number to other account

i have 4 bill pay in three my account 

but one line is not use by me 

can I transfer one line for another account who actually using it ?

Hi @wookang, if this is change of ownership where you are changing the account holder name from you to someone else, you will need to visit a store. Can you PM with the mobile number you are looking to transfer to someone else, along with you full name, address and date of birth.
