Card Payment online not working

I cannot make a card payment online as this message is a permanent fixture on my account.  Can you help me with this as I want to pay this off as soon as possible.

Add_06442 Hi there, that's strange! Tell me, do you have a credit or debit card saved to your account already? If so, can you remove it and then wait 24 hours and re-add it? Be sure to report back and let me know how that goes 👍
