Last week Thursday (21st of August) I topped up 20 euro in order to get my unlimited data plan. The transaction failed multiple times. After the 4th attempt, it went through and I got a message confirming this, as well as this transaction being reflected in my bank account. Today (6 days after I made the first transaction) I was charged 60 euro.
How can this be resolved?
Hi Jared, we're aware that some customers experienced difficulties with topping up last week but that has since been resolved. The Three top-ups that failed are they showing as pending or complete in your online banking? If they're showing as pending the charges will revert back to your account normally within 7-10 working days. Check out this post of another customer in a similar situation as yourself.
