Company got me a fibre connection, need to close account

Hi,

 

I need to close two broadband accounts which were replaced by company provided fiber.

How do I do this?

Hey @CasaP 🙂

 

Sorry to hear you are considering leaving Three, to cancel a broadband account you will need to call 1913 and have your broadband number ready which can be found on the top of your bill and the agent will be able to place the 30 days notice on the account for you.
