Contract deposit refund

I started a new contract on the 13th of March 2024, and put down a deposit of €150 which was supposed to be returned after my 6th bill, on the 12th of August. I still haven't gotten my deposit back nearly two months later, despite speaking to support multiple times. Can somebody please sort this out?

Thanks Niall! The PM function doesn't seem to be working for me - I'm getting this message:
