Hello. I would like to know how can I do to unlock my phone . I did a plan with fidelity, but I need to move to my country and I need to use other chip and plan in my own country .

I read article but keep one doubt yet , for example :

Unlock Instructions

• Insert the SIM card into the iPhone.
• Turn on the phone and enter the unlock code when prompted.
• The device should now be unlocked.

I need ask for the code using the Three chip

first . After I received the code, I take off the Three chip and I put my chip and will use the code received when I turn on the Apple phone with my own chip , that’s it ?

@MarceloHenrique_04771 Hi Marcelo, with iPhones there's no unlock code given. When you place a request for the phone to be unlocked we contact Apple & they then unlock the phone. All you need to do is wait for the email to confirm the phone is unlocked & put in your non-Three SIM.
