Credit expired

I topped up and had 10euro left after my plan activated , I did see that 5 euro was meant to expire, but now I have no credit at all left , and also I am not sure why this credit expired as it was not that old ,

@Paula4, when you check My3 is there any usage in events that would use your remaining credit? Maybe there is a re-occurring add on?
