Data roaming not working in USA

I’ve had to travel from Dublin to New York. I had data roaming for a little while on first day. Now on the left of the screen it displays 4G but it doesn’t work. My mobile data is turned on. The phone provider defaulted to AT&T and I can call and send texts but no internet although I have been charged. Anyone know what I should do next? Thanks.

@Add_02227 Hi there, did you receive a "Welcome" text when you landed in NY? There's also a roaming cap of €60, and data in the States is €6.15 per MB. Did you reach this? You would have received an opt out text.  The other thing here is to try 3G as 4G might not be available to you.
