Thank you for your message.

 

Just to clarify – I was misled by the salesperson, who assured me that the cheaper plan was identical apart from the price. I later found out this wasn’t true, which caused some unnecessary confusion.

 

That said, I received an email today confirming that the promotional offer has been applied. If it’s now active on my account, I’m satisfied and appreciate the resolution.
