Dear Three,
May I ask, what exactly are you at? So I have been battling to get my €300 deposit refunded for a month now and I don't understand what this delay is about? Not that I was delusional to think Three would have the decency to refund me my money in a timely manner without having to be reminded about it, however I certainly did not expect this would take so long.
It's been 7 months since I paid the deposit that should have been refunded after 6 months. All 7 bills paid on time, and all that I'm constantly being told by your customer service is to wait and be patient. If it was me being late with my bill payment, would YOU be patient?
This is extremely frustrating and disappointing at this point. It is very unlikey you will see me return as a customer at the end of this contract. I just hope that what I am being told is in fact true and that my money will eventually be refunded.
