Early upgrade with 3!

Hi there!
I've been with 3 pre pay since 2014 and decided to get a contract in Jan 2018, where I got a samsung a7. Out of sudden, the speaker stopped working and I was checking my eligibility to upgrade my phone. It turned out I'm eligible for the upgrade only on the 21st October but I don't think I could wait for this long as without the speaker, I won't be able to use the phone so I was wondering if there was any way I could upgrade early? 😊😊

@tatianebrandao I've had a read of your post and getting a brand new Billpay contract in 2018 on a 2-year contract would mean you are eligible for an upgrade now. First, let's double-check the dates 😊 Was it definitely in 2018 and not 2019? Time does fly! If it was January 2019, it would mean that your contract is until January 2021, and the earliest an upgrade can be put through is 90 days before your contract expires. In saying that, your phone has a 2-year warranty and can be sent for repair.
