End date of my plan

Hi,

I started my plan on Jan 12th, I was told I should top up on Feb 9th.

But I topped up early and went to the store on Feb 5th.

Does this mean my second month's plan starts on Feb 5th and my remaining 4 days are gone?

I thought I was pre-paying my next payment so that my second month plan starts on Feb 9th and ends on March 8th. (Because it lasts for 28 days)

But I got the message that it ends on March 4th, so I am confused.

Hey @huhu thanks for posting here, when you activate the allowance on your plan they remain active for 28 days from the day you top up, you wouldn't be able to purchase a plan in advance and it starts automatically.
