Error topping up on my3

Hi, I’m unable to top up or schedule a topup on my3 since I joined 3 a few months ago.

I get “ Oops..
We’re currently experiencing some unexpected problems”

I’ve noticed the temporary number that came with my SIM before I ported my number is displayed on the error page, not sure if that’s part of the problem.

I'd love to help you with this but I'll need a little more info. Please let me know what steps you're taking and exactly where you're getting the error.  If possible can you share a screenshot of the error.

And don't say check your bank card details as its a saved card and has made payments previously.  Oddly, selecting by paypal throws the same error message.
