Failed Port-out to Vodafone

Hi there

 

About a month ago, I ported-out one of my numbers to Vodafone to get the new Samsung Galaxy S23+ for €100 cheaper that it is available on Three.

 

What a headache it has been as they can't seem to be able to complete the port properly and are now blaming Three for not closing it on Three's end.

 

The number is active on Vodafone but only for the Vodafone network. For all other networks and landlines the "old" Three phone still rings and receives text messages as the Three sim is still active too.

 

Is this something that you can help resolve (I still have 3 numbers with Three)

Hi @pizzahead77 this is a weird one, but I'd be happy to have a look into it for you. 

 

Normally, if there is difficulty moving a number the new networks porting team contacts the old networks team and they are able to get it sorted out. Please pop me a PM with your name, address, date of birth and the number moving and I'll have a look and see what we need to do to get this sorted.
