Getting charged for data roaming in US

Hi,

 

I’m currently in the US and I purchased Roaming Day Pass 1 add on, which should give me 1Gb data allowance per day, however, I received the text message below after enabling data roaming in my phone’s settings.

 

“From Three: You've reached 90 % of your defined credit limit 75. Call customer care for more information or to make a payment.”


Taking a look at my usage details on My3, I see that I was charged 24 EUR for approximately 5-6 MB of data. It looks like the add on was never activated even though I can see it in my current account plan. Can anyone help?
