Gov staff contract

Hi, i am trying to contact the three gov staff to ask about my upgrade but the number does not work and the emails bounce back saying the domain is not their anymore. I am using 1800 944038 and emailing

Sales@threecorpstaff.com and the personal email of who i had been dealing with previously. Has the gov staff deals stopped?
