House move Unsuccessful due to no coverage

Hello...

 

I have been recently been planning a house move. I contacted 3 (on three occasions) to organize house move and ensure I had service at the new location. I was told by three agents that I would get 4g in my new location (was getting 5g in old location) I was happy with this reply and went ahead with the move to new house. Organized the install at new house only to be told by technician that I would get no service in this area whatsoever. Technician left notes to advice tech support of the same. I rang 3 to ask what my options are now, as I was told I would get a 4G service in my new area.  I'm told I have no way out of contract other than paying 780eiro to end my contract. Can anyone advise or has anyone been in a similar situation? Thanks.
