How do I print an old old bill, more than 12 months old?

I need, for business purposes, to print a bill that never came to me in the post. It is for Jan 2023. How do I request this bill? How do I print it? Why does the 3 bill history not go back further to enable me print old bills? In terms of legality Irish business is forced to hold on to and produce bills going back 5, 6, or 7 years. This period has changed with various legislataion regimes in Ireland. Does Three hold my bills for this period? (Currently 5 years, I believe. I hold all my bills for seven years before disregarding them, just in case.)
