How to cancel phone insurance

Hi, I’ve tried cancelling my phone insurance on the add ons section on my phone plan but there isn’t an option to cancel. How do I remove the insurance?

To remove insurance you need to contact care. I can help you with this I'll just need you to PM me your name, number, full address and date of birth. As a new member, you'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, & kudos/liking comments.
