I loaded onto the 3 app and loaded up 20 euro for my 3 prepaid 20 plan. It froze and kicked me out of the app. After a few minutes i received no confirmation of payment or the plan activating, so i topped up again. Then the 2 20 euros were withdrawn from my account. Why is the 2nd top up not credited to my account? A refund or 20 euro credit to my account would be ideal. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
