👉 If you're adding a number, just head to your My3 account, visit the shop, choose your phone, and select "Add To Your Account" at when you select your phone.
If you're upgrading your current number, it depends on your contract status. You can check if you're eligible by clicking "Check Upgrades" in your My3 account. If you're still in contract and not eligible, you won't be able to get a new phone on a 24-month plan just yet.
