I’m slightly confused as when I go through my3 account on the app it says 30th July which is the original date, when I go through my3 on the web it says 30th of April so the 90 day early upgrade option I have done previously. When I contacted an agent they threw the 30th of June date at me and wouldn’t answer any other questions on where this date came from so I started another chat with a different agent and they said:
“Let me explain. Within 90 days from the upgrade date we can check if we can offer early upgrade or not with a team that is also in some critical situation.
The upgrade can be done on or after the upgrade date only” when asked about the 90 day early upgrade and if it was still a thing
hoping I can get a more definite answer here, my original upgrade date was october, in 2021 I got an early upgrade within 90 days of contract end so now it’s July, so is there still an option to upgrade from 30th of April or is that option gone now? Just very confused
Hi @Add_11572 thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community 😊 To answer your question yes, early upgrade up to 90 days prior to your contract end date is still a thing.
To clarify further if your original contract start date is 30th of Oct 2019 you'd be eligible for upgrade as of the 30th of July. This doesn't change even if you upgrade early in 2021.
It's strange that you are seeing two different dates and I'd like to investigate this please take screenshots of where you see the different dates and PM them on to me with your name, number, full address and date of birth and I'll link in with our technical team to get this sorted.
