I would like to change my billing address but I don't have the option to edit it in the My3 account. Can you please advise
@SC91 Hi there, as you're a bill pay customer you can't update your address via My3. You'll need to contact customer care, either send me a PM or speak with our web messaging team here. We will then update your account.
