Issues with MyThree

Hi,

 

I switched from Bill pay to prepay a few months ago and since then have not been able to access MyThree and so have not been able to top up online. I’ve seen this is a common issue through other posts on this forum and that it’s usually sorted through pm. Can someone help me?
