Hi,

I have just realised my sim only contract is expiring and I am interested in iPhone 15 128gb. 
I would like to receive a call from the loyalty team with their best offer as I am a three customer for many years now. Loyalty team previously got me my current phone at a huge discount. Thank you

Hi @Suitcasepink, since posting here, have you contacted one of our customer care teams? If you have did they request a call from the Loyalty team for you? If a call wasn't requested please let me know I'm more than happy to request one for you.

 

Hi Stacey, I was speaking to the team and I received my upgrade today. However one of the accessories I received is not what I had chosen. Can you please help with this? I tried contacting customer care messaging but don’t think they understood the situation. Thanks

Sorry to hear this. Is the item listed on the Customer Agreement form that you received when it was ordered? If you haven't had a chance to look, please check your emails and let me know. 

 

Hi Stacey, I only received the contract via email which doesn’t include the accessories. The customer service agent mentioned cancelling my order as a resolution which I don’t want to do as device is correct 

@Suitcasepink Oh that's strange. If you are cancelling an order or returning an accessory this wouldn't affect the order of the device but I'd love to look into this further to see what has happened, could you pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check the account here for you.
