My email address has originally been used for years with my pre-pay number and a specifi account number. I got broadband and gave the same email address, but a new account number has been created for this. However as the same email is being used, I am unable to access the account used for the broadband. Is there a way to merge the two accounts?

I checked but I don't have a "Manage my account" option, I just have "Manage profile" and I don't have the possibility to add any additional account. When I click on "Add new line", it brings me to pages to set up a new line but not to add an existing one. Would it be possible to have further assistance regarding this please?

Yes, you can merge the two accounts all you need to do is log in to your My3 account and then click on the user menu to the right of the screen. Go to manage profile - Manage My Account and Add Account. From there you'll just need to follow the instructions on the screen.

@mariejum when you click on Manage Profile, what do you have on the next screen? Edit my sign in details and My social logins?
