Top up duplicate

I topped up 20 euros and just 2 minutes later I topped up my account with another €20 and only then did I see that there were two recharges. Totaling €1 from the card confirmation and two top-ups of €20 (€40) and my balance is zero. I want to know how I can recover €20

I'd love to look into this for you, I just have a couple of questions. Did you receive any errors when you topped up the first €20? Have both top ups completed? You'll be able to see this by login into your My3 account just click on Balance Details and scroll down to My Top Up Details.
