My SIM card was working perfectly, but this afternoon it suddenly stopped. I turned my phone off and on again. I took off the SIM card and returned it again...Nothing seemed to help.
The bars that shows the service are on the screen, but the phone is completely out of service. No internet, no phone calls. Tried in different locations.
Could you help me please?

No changes. I just entered a restaurant to have lunch and it stopped working. But today, it started working again. Thanks for the help anyway.

My phone is a Samsung A6. The error message says that Sim 2 is not available. But I inserted another chip on the slot and it worked. Only Three SIM didn't.
@Aline_Barros Before you're SIM stopped working had anything changed on your phone? Would it be possible to put your Three SIM in a different phone to see if you're able to use your services?

@Aline_Barros if this continues to happen I would suggest you try the sim in another phone and if it continues to happen pop into a Three store and get the sim replaced 😊
