No coverage in new house, want to cancel contract

I would like to cancel my billpay contract as there is no service whatsoever in the new house I am moving to. I do not want to pay an early termination fee as I feel three have broken the contract by not providing service to this area.

I'd like to help you here but need more info. Can you tell me, have you been in contact with any of our customer care teams about your coverage difficulties? Has it been investigated by our technical team?

 

The first thing we need to do is investigate the difficulties you're experiencing, so let me know what make and model phone you're using and please give me details on what you're specifically you're experiencing.

 

I have a Xiaomi Redmi 10 5G.
In the new house I am moving to there is no service or reception at all, I
can't make or receive calls or texts and cannot utilise my data.
