My account (for over three years) has included for 500 "free" Webtexts per month. For the last few weeks, I have been unable to send any Webtexts and get an "apology" stating that three.ie "know how important" this is to their customers. Originally, I thought that the disruption to this service was a temporary fault. Has thee.ie unilaterally altered my contract and permanently disabled access to this service? If so, I will have to change to a different provider.
@LiamC You might have seen here that there are others experiencing difficulty with web text. over here I'm looking for several examples to send on to our tech team to look into this. Can you PM me your full name, number, address, and date of birth? Webtext isn't a feature that's included in your contract, but I do want to get this looked into 👍 I'll keep an eye out for your PM.
