No service /allowances even though I topped up on the 8th

No service /allowances even though I topped up on the 8th

I have no internet and it says I have no allowances when I look at MY Three. I topped up with twenty euro on the 8th. Any ideas? Never had this issue before.

Well, I guess maybe it's better that it's not just one person having the issue. Means it more likely to be fixed if it's a wider issue.

Same here. My wife and i topped up yesterday. But we have no internet. I tried to contact with customer service. But they don’t work Sunday. Amazing. At least they could know us, if there is some problem with internet 

Just found a post on Reddit, apparently lot of people having the same issue and technical support is working on it, by the way the support chat is working but big queue

The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
