No texting in or out available

Hi all

received an upgrade iPhone 11. Not able to send or receive text messages. Logged few tickets at this stage with three support. Cannot register

my number on the device as it’s looking for verification code( being sent via text! Cannot receive). I  have  got a replacement SIM card and this hasn’t resolved anything. Be grateful  for some advice.

@Add_07272 Hi there, is there any error message you getting when you try to send a text? How are your calls & data? Have you noticed if they're affected? Can I get your ticket number & I'll check on the latest update for you?
