No voicemail service for 30euro a month

It's scandalous that voicemails cannot be heard on the 30euro a month plan.
There is no solution to this problem. Voicemails should be free as it's three network's fault for not have received the calls in the first place with bad coverage.

@Gerg Hi there and welcome to 3Community. Voicemail calls are special numbers and so are charged at 15c per minute. They are in addition to your price plan benefits sp it's best to top up by a little bit more when activating your plan. So, if your plan is €30 you could top up by €35 and the remaining €5 can be used for other usage, like voicemail.

Why do prepay plans get free voicemails yet someone on a €30/month bill pay get charged. Voicemail should be standard like it is for other providers. Poor from Three to charge for this.

Recently a business decision was made to include the voicemail as part of our €30 Prepay plan. If you think that it should be included in our Bill Pay plans why not post it on our ideas board here so we can forward it to the relevant team on your behalf.
