Hi - i ordered a new iPhone on Friday and got an email Friday afternoon stating that my order "has left our warehouse and is on its way to you", but I still haven't received it.

We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, and with the number of online orders from many companies, I'd say An Post is inundated with parcels. I'm sure you'll have your phone within a day or two more 👍 Keep an eye on your tracking number!
