Oops! No Active Customer or Subscriptions were Found

Hi all

 

I switched from PrePay to Bill pay today but now when i try to check my MyThree, I am greeted with this "Oops! No Active Customer or Subscriptions were Found"

 
Would anyone be able to assist on what to do?

@DanVaughan Hi Dan, welcome to the 3Community. From the sounds of it what has happened is when you switched from prepay to bill pay it didn't update your My3 account & it's still looking for your old prepay account. Can I get you to PM me your number along with your address & date of birth for the validation of your account & I'll get this sorted for you.
