I received an email from three on 23/11/2021 stating my order was cancelled and “ Now that your order is cancelled a full refund where applicable will appear in your account within 3 weeks. ”
Three weeks have passed and I still have not received a refund. Customer support have been giving conflicting comments on this for weeks but I’m fed up at this stage. I don’t understand why it takes three weeks in the first place but the customer support team are now saying three weeks means 21 working days. That’s factually incorrect based on the email I received.
