Problem seeing if I am due an upgrade

Hi there, 

 

I feel I am around the time of being due an upgrade but when I click on the check upgrade eligibility option in My3 no information is coming up. I am wondering would someone be able to get in contact with me about this or resolve this issue please.

Hi there,

 

Further to this now if I try and click on the 'check upgrade eligibility' option it is now coming up with an oops message on the screen telling me im not authorised to access this.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

@lanigan123 Hi Sadie, by any chance do you have a company/corporate type phone? Have you since be able to check for an upgrade?

I waited on hold on the phone to 1913 for quite a while but when I got through, they were very helpful and ordered my upgrade for me!
