@Kazzie you're set up to send a PM as @billbond4 mentioned, but before you do, will you check your plan? If it's 3Prepay 30, then topping up by €30 means that the full €30 is deducted for the allowance you get. 

Voicemail is a chargeable service so you'll need credit to access it. Will you check your credit balance?

Hi yes I have €30 pre pay unlimited that I get every 28 days but I can't even chack my balance it just keeps saying no credit and I could be be just after buying and putting credit in, got the phone ect from 3 store but waste of time going there in dungarvan no help, ahh have to pay extra fro voicemail glad I did not find out how to use it then thanks again for reply,
