Refund the money

Hello.

Today i have topped up my account with 20€. But I didn’t know that my account has scheduled topping up and it was deducted 40€ from my bank account.

I would like to refund 20€. I hope you solve my problem.

Yeah i kept in touch with one your staffs. But he said I can’t refund my money but I can top up again without payment after this month. Is it right? But i want to refund my money now actually. 
How can i solve this?

@Kherlen_04162 Yes that's correct, as the top up has already been applied to your account it can't be refunded. As care offered to activate your plan for you next month, I'd be more than happy to honour that, you'll just need to contact us when your current plan expires.

 

As us mods are only available Monday - Friday it may be easier to contact one of our care teams when the time comes as they are available 7 days a week.
