Hey, can anyone shed some light on how long it takes for contract cancellation after device is returned ? The device is sent back was delievered to the warehouse on Tuesday 14th March 7.30am and I haven't heard a word from three yet there still saying it's not delievered? I'm looking to move my number to another network but can't do that unless I get my contract cancelled and the number moved back to prepay

I can understand your frustration caused by the delay. Have you reached out to any of our customer care teams for an update on this since posting here? Have they been able to give you any more information or requested information from our returns team?

Hey, thanks for the reply,

I've contacted numerous people and I'm told something new everyday, they
have supposedly contacted returns , is there any way of actually reaching
out to the warehouse or somebody currently in it so they can see if they
can see whats going on? It's definitely been delivered as I used registered
post and they confirmed delivery.
