Samsung S24 ultra IMEI not registered

Having received my S24 Ultra upgrade today I tried to partake in the trade in Offer using my old S22 ultra, only issue I've had is that on entering the IMEI number of my S24 ultra I get a message that the IMEI is not registered for the offer, how can I fix this?

While the device would be registered on our systems here, the device may not be fully registered yet for this service so I would recommend waiting for a few working days and then submitting the request again.
