Good morning. Please advise how I get a statement for my account from November 2022 to today. It needs to show the topups and then how the topups were used.
Your top up & usage information is available to you on your My3 account. If you log in to your account just click on Balance Details for your top up history and View Events for usage details. Take a look at our blog All About: My3 and Prepay for guidance.
Please keep in mind that we only retain a rolling 3 months of usage history on prepay account. if you run into any difficulties let me know I'm happy to help.
