My Billpay has expired on 28th December 2022 but I have got charged for the month of January 2023.
I am currently in Australia and will be for the next 12 months but I would still like to keep my Irish number.
I am trying to cancel my three Billpay and switch to prepay but I cannot ring three as I am out of the country. Can I do this online or do three have an email address?

Hi @OrlaA that's weird, are you getting an error when you click on Message us? Do you have pop-ups enabled? It'll need to be to allow the dialogue box to pop once you click Message us.
