I am due an upgrade after 2 years - my contract expired on 9th December - but the offers available on your handets are not very good value at all.
It seems if I switch my number to another company I can get an equivelant handset for a much discounted price or in some cases a far superior handset.
I have been with three for many years now (have 2 handsets my own and my wifes) and it seems loyalty doesnt really count for anything.
I get 5G for free and now 4G/wifi calling which is something that has been commonplace in UK for a long time.
Can I ask why handsets and deals UK customers get are so different than Irish customers?
When you give 3. 30 days notice to cancel your service they just Ignore your instruction and keep billing you.you need to get a solicitor to write a letter to them requsting to cancel the service

I rang 1913 and the upgrade option says go to website so - no help... looks like I am switching... thanks for absolutley nothing 3
